Terms of use

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms apply to the Quilia provider directory at directory.quilia.com, operated by Record System, Inc. ("Quilia," "we" or "us"). By using the directory, or by claiming or managing a listing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the directory.

1. What the directory is

The directory lists doctors, chiropractors, imaging centers, therapists and other providers who treat personal injury patients. Browsing it and being listed in it are free. How listings are built and what each badge means is explained on How the directory works.

The directory is information, not advice. Nothing in it is medical advice, legal advice or a recommendation of any provider, and using it does not create a doctor-patient or attorney-client relationship with anyone. Quilia does not employ, supervise or vouch for any provider listed. Choosing a provider is your decision.

2. Listings

Listings are built from records of where personal injury clients treat, the federal NPI registry, public business data, and what providers tell us. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct, including contact details, hours, specialties, credentials, or whether a provider accepts liens or letters of protection.

A provider can ask us to correct or remove a listing through our contact form. We may decline to remove a listing that is accurate and built from public information, and we may remove or hide any listing at our discretion.

3. Claiming and managing a listing

When you claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that provider or practice, and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for everything done through your directory account, so keep your sign-in secure.

Anything you add to your listing, such as descriptions, hours, locations and whether you accept liens, you license to Quilia to display, format and share as part of the directory, including in search engines and the Quilia apps, for as long as it is listed. You confirm that you have the right to grant that license.

We may suspend or remove a claim, or reassign a listing, if we believe the claim was not authorized or the information is inaccurate.

4. Client ratings

Some listings show ratings from personal injury clients who use the Quilia app. Ratings are how we let clients share their experience; the rules below are what make them trustworthy.

  • Who can rate. Only a Quilia client whose law firm recorded the provider on their case, and who confirmed a past visit there, can rate that provider. A client gives one rating per provider on a case, and can change or remove it.
  • What the public sees. A provider's public listing shows its average rating, the number of ratings, and each rating with the date it was given. Nothing is shown until a provider has at least three ratings. A client's name is never shown publicly.
  • What the provider sees. A provider that has claimed its listing sees its ratings. It sees a client's name only if that client chose to share it with the provider.
  • What the client's law firm sees. The client's own law firm sees the ratings its clients give, including who gave them.
  • Ratings are opinions. A rating is the client's own opinion of their experience. It is not a statement by Quilia, and Quilia does not verify or endorse it.
  • No paid, edited or filtered ratings. Quilia does not sell ratings, does not pay or reward anyone for a rating, does not edit a rating's score, and does not hide ratings because they are low. Providers cannot pay to change, remove or reorder ratings.

5. If you are a provider and disagree with a rating

You can ask us to review a rating through our contact form, with the listing and the date of the rating. We will review it and tell you what we decided.

We remove a rating when:

  • it does not come from a confirmed visit to that provider;
  • it was given by someone with a conflict of interest, such as the provider's own staff or a competitor;
  • it was given in exchange for payment or anything of value;
  • it was recorded in error; or
  • the law or a court order requires it.

We do not remove a rating because it is low, because the provider disagrees with it, or because the provider disputes the client's account of the visit. A rating that comes from a verified visit stays up.

We will not tell a provider who gave a rating unless that client chose to share their name, except where the law requires it.

6. Rules for providers

When it comes to ratings, a provider listed in the directory must not:

  • try to identify a client who rated anonymously, or contact, pressure or retaliate against a client because of a rating;
  • offer a patient payment, a discount or anything else of value for a rating, or for changing or removing one;
  • ask only patients likely to give a good rating to give one; or
  • give or arrange ratings for itself or a competitor.

If a provider breaks these rules, we may remove the affected ratings, remove the provider's claim, or remove the listing.

7. Using the directory

You agree not to:

  • scrape, copy or download the directory in bulk, or use automated means to access it other than search engines indexing public pages;
  • impersonate a provider or claim a listing you are not authorized to manage;
  • interfere with the directory, get around its security, or access parts of it you are not authorized to use; or
  • use the directory for anything unlawful.

8. Our content

The directory's design, text, organization and compilation of listings belong to Quilia or its licensors. You may view and share individual pages for personal or professional reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The directory is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Listings and ratings come in part from third parties, and we are not responsible for them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Quilia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the directory, a listing or a rating, or your choice of a provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, Quilia's total liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

If you manage a listing, you agree to indemnify Quilia against claims arising from the information you provide or from your breach of these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the directory means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any suit arising out of them or the directory must be brought in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Nevada.

Law firms that subscribe to Quilia are also covered by the Quilia Terms of Service, and clients who use the Quilia app by its end user license agreement. How we handle personal information in the directory is described in the directory privacy notice, which adds to the Quilia Privacy Policy.
